- Returns will not be accepted without our prior approval. Please contact us directly by email at store-us@surfacetoair.com. We will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund.
- Please note that we can only replace the item for the same product in a different size, subject to stock availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
- We accept returns 15 days after delivery. Returned products must not have been worn, washed or used.
- Do not discard any packaging or invoices until you are completely satisfied with the products shipped. Items returned without the original packaging may be refused.
- Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. In case of defective items or items sent in error, www.surfacetoair.com will send a prepaid return label at its charge.
