Returns

We accept returns 15 days after delivery. Returned product should not have been worn, washed or used : we wouldn't accept the goods unless they are defective.

All returns are subject to approval after contacting us directly by emailing at store@surfacetoair.com. Returns will not be accepted without our prior approval. We will send you instructions on where and how to return your purchase for a refund of its purchase price.

Shipping costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent in error. Defective items will be exchanged for the same items. Defective returns that are found to be non-defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Do not discard any packaging or invoices until you are completely satisfied with the products shipped. Items returned without the original manufacturers packaging may be refused .

All our products are sold with our 30-day guarantee against defects. Defective merchandise will be replaced at our discretion.

All non-defective, unopened returns are subject to 2€ restocking fee.

Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. Returns should be shipped insured, as www.surfacetoair.com assumes no liability for lost or damaged return shipments. Save your tracking numbers, as they can prove invaluable if your return is lost in transit to us. Your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid.

All products must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging.

Refunds DO NOT APPLY when using any promotion codes, vouchers or special offers. Exchanges are possible within 15 days of purchase.
